About Us
ReRuns is an events-only commercial 3rd party fundraiser. Our goal is to give fashion brands a more sustainable way of dealing with their unsold, returned and/or unsold stock. Currently, many brands send these items to landfill. By giving them a solution to sell these items at once-off events we provide them with an element of brand protection and the ability to be more sustainable. Some brands donate goods, others seek a small % of the resale value to cover their costs of delivery etc and encourages them to participate.

Our Commitment to Ethical Fundraising
Re-Runs is committed to conducting all fundraising activities in accordance with the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical practice. This Fundraising Disclosure Statement sets out our commitment to the principles established by the Charities Regulator and demonstrates our dedication to treating donors and the public with respect and honesty.
Our Fundraising Principles
Re-Runs commits to the following five core principles, as established in the Charities Regulator's Guidelines for Charitable Organisations on Fundraising from the Public:
1. Respect
We conduct our fundraising activities with respect for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of donors, beneficiary charities, event attendees, and the public. We respect the autonomy of individuals to make informed decisions about supporting our events. We do not engage in practices that could be considered invasive, harassing, or manipulative.
2. Honesty & Integrity
We conduct all fundraising activities in an honest and truthful manner. All representations regarding the nature of our events, the allocation of proceeds, and the beneficiary charities are accurate and not misleading. We do not misrepresent how funds will be used or the status of Re-Runs. We operate with integrity in all dealings with donors, beneficiary charities, and corporate partners.
3. Transparency & Accountability
We are fully transparent with donors and the public regarding:
The identity of all beneficiary charities and their Charity Regulator Registration Numbers
The percentage allocation of proceeds between beneficiary charities
The status of Re-Runs as a commercial third-party fundraiser (not a registered charity)
How funds are handled, recorded, and remitted to beneficiary charities
Our financial controls and record-keeping procedures
We are accountable for all funds collected on behalf of our beneficiary charities and maintain detailed records of all income, expenditure, and net proceeds for each event.
4. Financial Control
We maintain strict financial controls and detailed accounting records for all fundraising activities, including:
Master schedule of all events with dates, venues, and details
Complete records of all ticket sales, donations, and other income
Complete records of all expenditure (venue hire, staffing, marketing, insurance, etc.)
Bank deposit records and reconciliation
Audit trail and supporting documentation retained for a minimum of six years
We implement segregation of duties to ensure that different individuals handle cash collection, financial recording, and bank deposits. All proceeds are independently reconciled and remitted to beneficiary charities within 30 days of each event, accompanied by full accounting detail.
5. Public Benefit
All fundraising activities conducted by Re-Runs have a clear charitable purpose and result in a direct public benefit. 100% of profits from Re-Runs events are donated to registered charities operating in Ireland. By attending Re-Runs events, participants contribute to meaningful charitable work that benefits vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.
